Ive posted this under a few threads already but haven't gotten many responses to it, so I just want to make a new thread to see if anyone have any opinions on my variation of the NightNight method.

The whole idea of the NightNight method is to simulate someone wrapping your neck with their arms to perform the blood choke, like this:

the original NightNight method uses a ratchet strap and bean bags. so my variation is using paper towel roll because when fold in half and placed around the neck I think it emulates the human arm wrapping around neck quite well. I'll tie the thing around my neck with a long sleeve shirt. so below you can see my set up:

as Ive said I already posted this before so some of you might have seen this already. but I just want some opinions on it, like does anyone see any potential issues with this, will it work, etc?

it doesn't look too bad, I'm just not sure if it will hold with the the shirt. Also don't know about if you will be able to compress the arteries enough

it will hold if I double or even triple knot it when I tie it around the back of my neck. I'm not sure if it will compress the arteries enough either. I tried it a little bit and did get the head tingly sensation, but I don't want to try it too much in case it works and I ctb which I'm not ready to do yet..

could you try and practice without actually tying it but wrap it around and just physically holding the ends, that way you can feel how much tension youre applying and when/if you do pass out it will be released rather quickly?

maybe I'll try that. Im just a little scared of going to the point of passing out because I heard one can go blind, have strokes, heart problems, or other complications from even just practicing.
