Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Me too. The name of the business which I won't share seems to be leaning toward what I perceive as friendly. Their marketing emails even suggest friends/family as well as "strictly available to educational establishments" or "educational establishments/ ID required" but either way I do expect it to arrive in all honesty.
