My SN Protocol (Updated)

Fast for 8 hours.

1 hour before SN: 1000mg Acetaminophen, 75mg Metoprolol, and 5mg Clonazepam.

45 min before SN: 3 x 10mg Metoclopramide.

SN drink: 25g SN in 50ml water x 2 in case I throw up the first one.

I still have to buy the digiral scale and the 50ml measuring cup. Then I should have everything I need. How does it look?

Also, what is your opinion on using an antacid? Should I add one to my protocol?

The use of antacid has been heavily debated as it supposedly can longer duration to unconciousness, check Vizzy's SN bible thread for this info. On the other hand, some user have reported a burning sensation in the stomach after taking SN. Which is suspected to be caused by high stomach acid, alongside the fact that acid can also cause nausea. I'm personally planning to take a moderate high dose of antacid to reduce vomiting and hopefully avoid the burning sensation. I believe it's a worth trade off for slightly longer time of unconciousness, but it's up to you
