My SN plan

Hello, this is not a goodbye post, I just want to post my SN plan and want to read the advice of the forum, I don't know the exact day when I will do it, I'm just waiting for the day i feel the better to do it, there's also some things i want to do before ctb

I'm going to do stat dose only because I don't know when I'm going to be alone so doing the 48hr regimen and then not being alone to do it, will be a waste

It is based in Stan's guide so probably there's no mistake, the only difference is that I'm someone with acid problems already and I get heartburn very often, so I will take 300 mg of ranitidine when I wake up that day, just to normalize my acid levels before (like I do almost everyday, but with omeprazole)

I will start fasting 6-8 hours before, depending on how empty I feel my stomach, but probably I will go for 8 hours

I will take 25g of SN in 50ml of water, My weight is 127kg
Getting benzos or PN in my country seems to be hard and prescription only, so i just prefered to skip those.

1 hour before drinking SN	600 mg ibuprofen
45 minutes before drinking SN	3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total)
30 minutes before drinking SN	20 ml of milk of magnesia
	SN drink

I plan to do the process in the back seat of my car in the garage once I'm alone, i prefer doing it in the car because it will minimize any sound I can make in case I puke or I get a seizure (I just hope I will be already unconscious if that happens), it will not be really comfortable but in my case I think it's the best option I have, the idea of going to an hotel seems good, but I just have fear I make too much noise I get discovered and ruin everything.

I will prepare 3 glasses of the SN mixture in case I puke while being still conscious.

If you people have any advice, It will be welcome :)

Sounds like what I am going to do but without the resources. I plan on nexium, rolaids, and ibuprofen. Maybe something to stop me from puking if I can find something over the counter. I am going to take as much SN as I can take and sit in the backseat of the car somewhere quiet.

In case anything goes wrong or you will change your mind after drinking SN, please be prepared to call the emergency services and they will help you get SN out of your body system, so you might have a mobile phone handy, when you will be CTB.

Please, consider increasing your SN dosage, because of your weight. I am not sure what exact numbers are we talking about, and couldn't find it in a quick Google search. The taste is bad and can make you puke, but some people also eat/drink something small and sweet, to kill the bitter taste of SN.

I did a Google search about maximum recommended single dosage for Ibuprofen, and it's 800 miligrams. So you might consider increasing this dosage as well.

I've read in this forum that 25g is more than needed to CTB, I have fear that consuming more can make me puke and ruin everything, also there's the posibility that ibuprofen can cause stomach problems if taken with the stomach empty so i will continue with 600mg, and yeah, i was thinking on eating a bit of chocolate after i drink the SN mixture.

Im a heavyweight, and am looking to 25 grams for my dose. Not sure about the rolaids, though. Will it hinder absorption?

I agree with obberrods. I was thinking 20g. I don't want to take too much then puke it out anyway. Defeats the object.
