I ordered it 3 years ago before it was banned off the seller's website.
The description is: Food Grade Sodium Nitrite, 2 lb, 2 lb Air-Tight Container w/ Child Safety Cap, 99+% Granular Form, Free-Flowing.

Without ordering an aquarium test, is there a way to know if it's still good or not? It's been 3 years and has been untampered with.

You can do the "blood test". You need to look thru the megathreads or ask someone else exactly how to do it but essentially you take a drop of blood & put SN on it. It should clump up & turn dark.
SN is pretty stable so you should be fine if it hasn't been exposed to lots of heat or light🌹💔

No way of knowing without testing it or if others have tested this brand. SN has a very long shelf life if stored properly. Unless it's a bad batch chances are you are fine.
