So my SN came in yesterday. I still can't believe that I have it. I don't want to die but I don't want to live either so what do I do? If I choose to live, I have to make changes but I don't have any energy. I am also not hopeful that my life will change after these changes. Or if I could go through with them. The other option is dying which can end everything now but my family won't be able to live. I don't know what to do but I can't live like this.
If you can see the road to possibilities, they should be explored. That is just my opinion. I am sorry for what you are going through. If you want to talk I am always willing, as are many others here.
At the very least I would say to at least think about your possibilities. But, you have my support no matter what for what it's worth.

I believe that someone should CTB only when they are 100% certain. It seems like you are uncertain, so I'd say you should make those changes you mentioned. I'm wishing you the best. You won't know if those changes will make your life better unless you try.

You may be right. I'll find out more probably next few weeks of psych evaluations etc. Plus time to think away from distractions and tem of alcohol.

Thank you that's lovely. Thing tho all possible options at moment end with homelessness in winter uk. I'm not tough enough for that. Been a bit spoilt over the years and too old and ill to survive. Had it too good too easy for too long . Took all for granted, didnt plan ahead and made all the mistakes. I'm willing to see what comes over next period and anyway it's out of my hands for now, detainee of the NHS. Thank you , I will reach out.

Ish, thanks. Unfortunately still breathing. Long story, drunk-told plan - cops called on me - confiscation sn- sectioned- waiting for bed in psychiatric unit. I could make it sound better than that!! Yes some blending going on....re phone for now but am actually still waiting in a and e. Nearly 24 hrs in foamy pastel coloured chill out you nutter room. The blending will unblend in time, I cant work out the thread dynamics sometimes..its quite funny usually dont you think.. the odd non sequitur.

Foamy pastel room sounds horrible to me! Still hopefully its warm anyways. It pretty insane u have to go to a & e just for having the stuff- not like you had actually attempted. Guess it's the old "keeping safe" type thing.
