I'm likely to ctb tonight, but I'm not 100% sure on my Omeprazole dosage. From what I've read, 800mg of Tagamet is a good amount for this. 800mg being the highest typically prescribed dose I can find online, and 40mg of Omeprazole being the highest typically prescribed dose I can find online, my guess dosage is 40mg Omeprazole.

Anyways, here's my current agenda:

t-12:00 - Began fasting (including water)

t+00:00 - Smoke one or two bowls of weed (To help with anxiety)

t+00:30 - Take X mg Omeprazole/Prilosec (Reducing stomach acid, as it stands I would guess 40mg)
- Take 45mg Metoclopramide (For the vomiting)

t+01:00 - Make and drink NaNO2 solution (18g NaNO2 in ~100mL water)

t+01:01 - Lay down in bed with some music playing

t+3:00 - Hopefully I'll have caught the bus long before now

If anybody has any recommendations with the Omeprazole, I'd appreciate it! (Or any recommendations really.)

Edit: I was thinking ahead and totally forgot the t-12:00.

Antiemetic should be metocloprimide 30 mg , antacid should be tagamet 800mg. or zantac if tagamet isn't otc in your area, ranitidine (zantac) is 3 times as potent as tagamet. Check out the "sn megathread" in resources page 1 is the directions.

Good luck.

Thanks, I've actually looked through quite a bit of that thread. There are different and changing recommendations on the dosage of Meto. The two I mostly remember are 60mg and 30mg, hence the 45mg. I'll drop it down to 35mg. It likely won't affect anything hugely. Probably the biggest fear of mine with the higher dosages is the Extrapyramidal symptoms.

From my understanding, Omeprazole, being a Proton Pump Inhibitor, is actually a stronger acid reducer than Tagamet. That being said, Tagamet is the most commonly recommended one. I don't have Tagamet, and, with the short time span, the Omeprazole will likely be fine—it has to be.

I see hopefully it's not the delayed release kind, it seems to take a bit longer to work 1 hour, anyway hope it all works out well.

What I don't really understand is that the SN is an oxidizing agent, right? So is the metoclopramide. Unfortunately I am not a medical professional nor a chemist, but it sounds like those two substances might not be such a good thing taken together? I have been reading along for quite a while now and many people say that SN causes vomiting and the likes. Doesn't meto have the same effect or might even make it worse in that case?

Wouldn't you need more than 30 minutes between the meto and the SN ? ...
