• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I want to understand what is wrong with me and get a diagnostic maybe . Like I want to see a therapist but idk how. I won't talk about this to my parents But maybe if I try a ctb technique and then fail it on purpose I can get to a hospital and then get a diagnostic .

The thing is that I am not sure about what methods to use .

I could cut a bit of my vain ( I self harm but I don't think I have something sharp enough, and the instinct)
Or I could overdose but not die. The thing is that if my family find me they will prob think I am sleeping if I am unconscious . Or if I am still awake and I throw up they will just think I am sick and I will have to explain everything.
I don't want to explain any of my actions to them.

Hey!
In my opinion using a "staged" attempt to get diagnosed in the hospital is gonna turn your life to the worse honestly. They take attempts very serious usually and will probably put you on meds and force you into something you won't have any control over. You're not even promised to get diagnosed, sometimes they'll just slap the depression label on you and call it a day. Like yea, maybe they'll give you a diagnosis by skipping over the rough parts, but getting a deep dive into your soul and reasons why things are the way they are require much, much more time and finesse than 2 days in a hospital.
I know that getting a therapist is a pain in the ass and drains energy, but it's very much possible (+worth it and eye-opening). Depending on where you live you're sometimes even entitled for a certain number of initial interviews and health insurance will look after the matter, all of that can be done without your parents noticing it.
Just know that an attempt will kick up a lot of dust and things won't be the same after that for a long time.
Shoot me a DM if you have questions/wanna vent!
much love
