I was wondering about your N. I'm so glad that you were able to evade your country's customs and now have more assurance—you have spoken before of being able to enjoy your time better beforehand with the guarantee of N, too. I wish you peace and obscurity!
I take prochlorperazine for vertigo (and have done for years), have meto for migraines, and have taken other anti emetics before. I'm unusually sensitive to medication but have never noticed any side effects at therapeutic doses. If I were to take a stat dose, I would still test higher doses due to my experience with adverse reactions. I strongly advise taking both a small and a larger test dose of the metoclopramide well beforehand, depending on how much you have available to you—and I agree with Chinaski that 60mg is conservatism and may be too much. Are you particularly prone to vomiting?
I would also be worried about the gag reflex. Can you take e.g. shots of whisky? You need to imbibe the N very quickly, so it might be worth practising that too. (This might be my own worry—my gag reflex triggers easily—others seem to manage fine.)
I have to say I will be a little selfishly sad to see you go, as I have no reliable method secured right now! I have enjoyed having you around. But, pettiness aside, I feel joy that you were able to secure the N and have access to a peaceful, reliable way out when you are ready to subside, and can now move into the next phase of planning. I hope it eases some burdens at least.
