Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Whenever I order it and finally own, she finds it and throws it away. Im suffering from chronic pain and just want a peaceful way out if its too much. Im simply out of options now because I lack of SN.

To me it's extreme cruelty to want to force someone to endure pain against their wishes. Other people really shouldn't have any right to interfere with someone's personal decision to die, it's wrong how they do.
I appreciate why you and other people are criticising your mother. But as as a mother, I know how strong the maternal instinct is and how protective it forces you to be. I say that we often don't like our children, their choices and the things they do. But you can't not love them. It's not an optional factor. When a mother stands by her child despite them committing some particularly heinous act, this is why it occurs.
Sorry you're in pain. All I want to do is try and explain how this feels.
I became an expert at hiding things due to a lengthy heroin addiction, including time in prison and psychiatric detention. My top tip (for females) is to split open a sanitary towel and put it in there. Sew it shut if possible. When searching, most people (any gender) seem to have an aversion to checking them..even clean ones. If that doesn't work (it sounds disgusting but needs must), a used one is a pretty safe bet.

Try to have it disguised as something else if possible, or hide it in a plushie. Under drawers works too.
Edit: Carving a cavity inside of a book makes for an excellent hiding place provided that they do not open it. A waterproof bag taped into a toilet's water tank is another good place.
