Why is that life in your imagination impossible to bring into reality? I don't know what kind of life you live or what kind of things are preventing you from living the life you desire. However, maladaptive daydreaming is very treatable. And treating it definitely makes your life so much better. It's all about being able to divert your attention from your mind to reality, and finding healthier coping mechanisms. Learning to live independent of your imagination will definitely feel daunting initially, but it's something you get used to. I hope you find peace in either life or death, whichever you decide for yourself. đź’•

i think we need to stop the MD before CTB, we need to accept that the life we imagine for years will never happen, at least for me, but i hope you get better or find your peace.

the only distract that i have from MD is gaming but now that my physical health can't keep it up with playing i'm now fucked, i live almost 24/7 on MD, but when reality hits it's such a bad feeling.
