Just wanting some peace

Maybe I would feel better if I had an peaceful/guaranteed method to ctb. The fear of failing the method and the fact that I lack the courage is holding me back. I want to feel relaxed about dying as the thought of not being here anymore is comforting but since the only way out is these methods, It gives me a sense of dread.
Dying is best done by experts. Risking death has masses of other risks.
I totally have the cowardice element but also the instinctive fear of dying my rational will struggles to overcome and i have other influences over my will that make me less free to achieve the most important thing for me that's most important to my self interests and safety.
