My life is ok. I just think nonexistence is better.

I tried partial hanging a fair amount of times recently, but every time i stood up when i started to wheeze while breathing and my neck hurt too much. I think such pain is the essential part of hanging, but the problem is... my life is good? I'm just a lazy bone who doesn't wan't to do chores and go to college. My brain thinks that this is far from bad, and so stops me from doing this. I have friends there, my family loves me, am i dumb or weird or what

Same boat. I really don't have too much to complain about, which always made me feel guilty for wanting to die anyway. But the way I've come to see it, life just isn't for me and I'm not sitting through the second half of a movie if I didn't enjoy the first half in the hopes it suddenly gets good

I feel exactly the same. I'm glad other people in this thread do too because sometimes I feel a bit insane.
Honestly my life is fine, it's not great by any means but it's really not horrible. I guess it's just that the shitty and hard parts of living seem to constantly outweigh the comfortable parts

I'm in a very similar spot. I have my struggles and stresses, but overall have a strong support system and amazing friends. I just know it would be better if I was dead.
