You still get by so it's not bad enough for us to do anything.
Then
You don't self harm so it's not bad enough for us to do anything.
Then
You don't want to die so it's not bad enough for us to do anything.
Then
You have a method but aren't going to kill yourself right now so it's not bad enough for us to do anything.

It's going to be suuuuuch a shock for them when I wind up dead. Mental health care is a joke here.

it feels like people often look for any reason they can to not believe. its really sad. when a person is dead they will say why didnt they reach out and get help but so often people did try and got ignored or told it couldnt really be that bad

I thought you might've been from the UK. Mental health services suck absolute ass over here, its genuinely horrible
