Venting My friend sent me a message

I'm not gonna go into details but he was suicidal, lost the love of his life and he decided to ctb today. Hopefully as we speak all of his worries left him already although it's a scary thought that someone I knew so close decided to do that. I'm not angry nor mad but I feel lost, I'm gonna try to do some stuff today just to get my mind clear. I don't expect anyone to write anything here but if anyone wants to talk, I'm gonna be here for some time.

I think we are permanently changed by losses like this, but we learn to live with it. It's possible to be happy and still have that hole in your heart.
