my cousin killed himself last week, there was no warning, no signs and no one new there was anything wrong.
i've been lurking on here for a few years now, ive had dozens of attempts, been sectioned, etc. so i get it, but nothing could've prepared me for it. emotionally and physically i feel crushed - i have a constant sinking feeling in my stomach. words cannot describe how ive felt these past days.
i really want to know if he's been posting on here, so i've been doing a lot of digging (found nothing yet). he jumped off a building in london on the 31st july (wednesday) and he was 24. if anyone's seen any posts that sound like that please let me know. i just want to understand why.
