I really want to go, but the poop inside me is so sharp and hard it is preventing itself from leaving my body. Idk if that makes sense.

I am drinking lots of hot water. Taking a stool softener whose efficacy I don't know about. Praying.

But looks like I will have to get an enema to force my body into pooping. We have the details of a nurse who can come do it but I feel so ashamed. I feel so scared. I know the enema itself won't hurt, what affects me is the fear of the pain caused by my bowels evacuating eventually. But this knowledge isn't making me relax.

I am begging you all to not neglect your health like I have. Eat more fibre, reduce the bad things in your diet, maybe exercise if it helps. Idk. I am just scared.

Keep drinking lots of water and if they have suppositories with Bisacodyl give them a try. The brand where I am at is Dulcolax. They are small and no big deal to put and stimulate a movement in 15-30 minutes. The other thing to try is a Magnesium Citrate drink. They will 100% get things moving, but you will want to spend the day at home near a toilet.

I have been in your shoes and I'm sorry you're going through this.

I am afraid of suppositories. I know that sounds stupid but idk how to insert them. I strongly suspect I am autistic and that is why I struggle with things like these tbh.

My problem rn is there is stimulation and all that but the poop feels too big to come out. I am looking into mag citrate but idk where to find it (i am in India)

This is a horrible feeling that I'm all too familiar with, given my health issues.

Stool softeners are great for this - especially as you said it feels hard and sharp. Do you have access to prune juice or prunes?

I don't know about your life or situation, but a tea/coffee and Valium/cigarette can relax the area if you indulge in any/some combo of those.

The suppositories would be good, but I get if it's a no due to sensory issues. Have you tried the ILU massage on your stomach/belly, if that's something you're open to - works for me sometimes. YouTube or google will have the instructions.

I hope this resolves for you soon.

Google says Mag Citrate is readily available in India.

I know the suppository sounds unpleasant, but if you let this get to the point you need medical intervention, what the doctor does to you will make the suppository look like a good time. All the doctors can do is use fingers to manually break up and pull the poop out of give you a pressurized warm water enema. Both are extremely uncomfortable if not painful.
