My body doesn't let me CTB with SN

My SN arrived a couple days ago, but I still haven't took it from the store due to hesitation.
Today I've been vomiting all day for no apparent reason. Like, my brain is aware of what I'm planning to do and tries to interfere.
I feel better right now, but my body cannot digest anything. About 10% of what I eat or drink goes further, the rest stays in the stomach. That means if I take SN, it will not absorb properly because most of it will stay in the stomach. I had a similar issue one and a half year ago so I know what it is.
I don't know how to handle this. Maybe consider an enema or injection. Because this condition develops in a matter of hours and I can never be sure if SN will absorb. The only way to test it is just drink water and see if I want to piss. Now I've drank like 2 liters of liquid and almost all of it stays in the stomach.

You know, there might be something to this! My SN arrived a few days ago too, and I'm putting my stuff in order for a soon ctb. Last night my stomach started burning and got nauseus after eating some crackers. Today, going to a meeting my heart started pounding like crazy. Like, it was saying " see, this is what you'll get, do you like it?"
Fking SI is no joke.

Maybe you need to take pills for a few days to normalize the stomach, intestinal microflora? And along with these medications to drink another sedative?

That sounds like such a horrible situation, it's so incredibly awful how this human body can torture us and potentially make it so difficult for us to finally leave. But anyway, best wishes.

This is my concern with SN too :/. I get easily nauseous ever since I took these fucked up anti-depressants as a teen that made me throw up every morning. I'm worried even if I get my hands on a strong antiemetic it won't work. I used to take some of the strongest antiemetic doctors could prescribe me (Zofran) and I still threw up every morning.

Start taking some AE and see if it clears up over a few days
