Venting My birthday is so soon and I hate it

I feel like i'm overreacting but my birthday is genuinely one of the most loneliest day of my life. Just thinking about it makes me feel ill because I know that nobody cares about me at all. I know birthdays are supposed to make you happy but it makes me feel so worrisome, especially about how people truly view me. Idk i just can't stop thinking about it im so scared for my birthday n hopefully u guys can relate to this

I feel you, I've always hated birthdays & most holidays in general. Just seems to remind me that I am half the person as everyone around me. I've stopped caring as much about them recently, they've just turned into normal days, where I get up as normal, do my routine as normal, and fall asleep as normal.

I see mine as just another day, nothing special. No parties. It shouldn't be any different, cause every single day we age, birthdays are just an unnecessary reminder. Hope you will feel less lonely on your day and get to do something that you want to do, with or without people.

Sleep is my go to.
It's a slow train because I can't get on the one I actually want to catch.
That's how I see it. You fall asleep and always wake up that bit nearer to your destination.
