Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

You need to make sure you go above the Adams apple and perhaps consider using something like a scarf instead as it's more comfortable but also has a wider profile on the neck to better compress the carotid arteries. Try experimenting with different positions (knees, squatting etc) and with your head looking in different positions (straight ahead, up, down). It's not a one fits all procedure so you end up experimenting and ideally not getting caught doing itor next time you might end up imprisoned and brainwashed in a psych ward.
