Lol my brain is a mess! I am driving myself crazy trying to achieve perfection with it. I hope this last submission puts the nail in the coffin. Any other updates will have to be down to other users. This is the last and final update.
You can edit the pdf through a free download of LibreOffice at: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/
From there, you can open the document with LibreOffice Draw and edit the document to your heart's content. You will have to save it as an ODG file, but you can convert it back to a PDF using Zamzar which is free online software. Here is the link for the converter: https://www.zamzar.com/convert/odg-to-pdf/
If any of you want the document translating, you can use a free online PDF translator, to any language of your choosing. Here is a link for one: https://products.groupdocs.app/translation/pdf
