I used to be unable to trust, but still had a spark of life in me. Once I got to trust and let my guard down, I was terribly hurt and it felt like a hand smothered my little ember. I can blow on it all I want, it's not igniting. My cbt doesn't even feel like a cbt, feels like murder. It feels like I used to have a child whom I loved dearly, but it's dead now, I just have to bury it.
It pains me how useless this song is to make me second guess myself. Reminds me of how I used to be. It would totally be a song I'd listen to to make me power through, get me on path of recovery. I would agree with it. So far gone from that.

RIP Fabio Fritelli aka Mo-Do who committed suicide many years ago for unknown reasons. His catchy songs made many people dance and smile, but most importantly, learn German words!!! He was the first person that taught me to count in German.
