I haven't watched it, but I've heard the Butterfly Effect is a good one. I'm Thinking of Ending things is a bit confusing, but I really enjoyed it. If you're looking for so bad it's good, Cyberbu//y is a fun watch.I missed catching Daisy Ridley in "Sometimes I Think About Dying" at the cinema, but believe it's also on theme.Not sure if these count but: The hours (2002), Christine (2016), and The Virgin Suicides (1999)

The Sea Inside (2004)
Is about a man who after an acident becomes tetraplegic and suicidal. he fights for the right to die / assisted suicide, since he can't do it alone.
This a very good movie about the theme.
