I'd always thought it be nice for SS to put on a more casual event like this. Maybe a weekly online mixer or something. Doesn't even have to involve CTB discussion if that'd cause issues.

we use chatzy which is a temporary server that is deleted after the movie so no issue there! Only downside is you can't go back and revisit the conversations, so if something strikes you as poignant or meaningful I'd recommend screenshotting, copy pasting, etc.

If anyone is around tonight around the same time and wants to watch something I'm around! My schedule can be kind of sporadic and at the moment I can't do daytime showings unfortunatetly, so I'll just show up on here and see who's around whenever.

I was thinking the movie "Departures" which does have subtitles, or the documentary "So Much So Fast", both about death. Totally open to suggestions and we could make a poll to vote! We had a nice time last night with the folks who showed up <3

I'd prob be able to make it, but it might be nice to schedule it a few days ahead of time to give more people a chance to find the thread before it happens. Or I guess the spontaneity might keep it from getting too large if that's a problem.
