  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

What do you think about moving on to another country just to live in a more friendly place ?

Here in my country I can't get a job, nor make new friends nor engage in a new relationship....

That's exactly what I'm thinking of all the time. I would love to live by the seaside.

I did!

My situation is slightly better than before but not nearly enough for me to have a 'normal' life. No matter where I go the bags I carry are too much of a burden. Nevertheless, you should give it a shot if you can.

I would like to live in Japan but I would still be suicidal.

I don't think that this would be a great idea. Japan is a work oriented country. However, if I would win like 10mio € in some lottery, I personally would consider moving to some small village in Japan or maybe to some European country in this case.
Back in the days I thought about moving to Denver since it's an interesting area but the health insurance just sucks in the US : P

Well, I think no matter where I go there's no escaping myself. Having said that, I do very much regret not having moved these past few years. Have always wanted to live by the sea. Enjoy a different ambiente, better view, climate and food, going swimming and hiking every day, and really want some seclusion.

Absolutely hate it here. There's people and houses everywhere. Can't just go out into the countryside without walking for miles. Can't even work the garden without being harassed. The weather sucks and overall there's just too much mundane chores and feel to this place.

Maybe a new place would wear off eventually, but really, there's only one way to find out - just do it!

What about New Zealand ?...for me, it sounds perfect: near sea, many jobs, friendly people, nice climate, etc...
