• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I think it varies depending on people's individual reactions to their mode of action. The most common is Metoclopramide. There's a few though. Peochlorperazine is probably the strongest one available over the counter (depending where in the world you live). There's also Domperidone and Zofran. If you look for' stans guide' there's some information on various AE's and rankings of thwir efficacy. Stans Guide, if you aren't already aware of it, is a guide on using SN based on 'Stans' research. Apparently Stan used the info himself to ultimately ctb. It seems to be a well respected guide around here although I should point out Stan wasn't medically trained as far as I'm aware.
