Venting Mistake lead to sectioning for SN

Hi to all. Long story cut short will update when poss.
SN bottle #1 taken. Sectioned for own safety. Told its illegal to kill self!!!! Really. This was from police.
Treated like prisoner. Unknown length ahead. If tolerable will string it out as am now homeless. At room I rented my stuff there have bottle #2 . Well hidden. They may take phone dont know. If not I'll post when I can. PM ers please understand if long delays. Might end up begging for phone power!

How did the police find your first bottle?

Yes although it was really part of his duty of care, my fault as got drunk and opened big f......ing trap. Thought telling my carers manager wouldn't blac....it was 3 service response really.

How did the police find your first bottle?

It was paramedics after the fire service had established safe. I gave, was complient, knew would search anyways had in back of mind that I have another hidden better and if give one other may not be found and taken. The ambulance crew took control of and it went to hospital with me. Police later asked about where I got it and so on just said ebay truth and vague at same time. Police seemed mostly interested in what I wanted it for even though had already said. They started foing on about it being an explosive, it's not, but I dont know if I was being tested or they were stupid. The fire service would have dealt if anyone really thought was explosive.

That is also not true. It would take a lot of effort for it to become explosive. And nobody else in the UK has reported being treated like this.

We all know that those physical attributes are not true. I hovever take offence when realising you are calling me personally a liar. I am being treated very like a prisoner. Many others do report being sectioned on mental health act like that. In my life I have been both prisoner and patient, this experience is reminiscent of the former experiences of course you may believe different but I perceive my experiences in my unique way. Please dont offend me and I wont you

Actually still in accident/emergency waiting for bed otherwise of country, that's uk so not far to you. So 24 hrs later am still about 3 miles from my now ex home. On all this landlady decides its reason to give me notice to quit in one month. Hey, well I've had good times in past..now the payback I guess. This site helping me thro even having a good laugh in some threads, dark humor can be the best I think

Ah no.. the 72 hrs is in Durham, away from home plate. That's for nhs economics and internal policy. When back at home plate ward I think they can keep me quite a few weeks if not months. Not bothered too much at moment. It deals with homelessness and they might sort out housing of a sort for to discharge to.

Sounds like police were maybe treating it as sodium azide.
OR nitrates/ inorganic fertilisers can apparently be used in bomb-making.

Also yep @howard I've actually heard a lot of people say it is like prison, but that prisoners often have MORE rights than a person involuntarily sectioned.
How they can possibly think that helps someone already in a desperate and vulnerable state, I have no idea

Interesting. I will look into as I want to be as fully up to speed on this for what's to come for me. In a way just thinking back to school, dont ites become ates by oxidation and release of energy, probably wrong but sounds familiar. Maybe I am wrong , it's the wording '..reports..treated like that' this implies that no one else has reported feeling it similar to being treated as a prisoner which implies I am making my perception of the experience up. I'm having to read that over myself to see if it makes sense. I may be a bit touchy...

It seemed that you were saying the police were saying things to you that weren't true. Such as suicide being illegal and SN being an explosive. I was commenting about what they were saying. You are getting defensive about me saying the police were lying to you, and me being pissed off about it. The first post I made in this thread was to help you, to inform you of your rights.

I also made a post that said this. "Okay. It seems maybe somebody must have reported he was a danger to himself and also told them about the SN." That clearly says I believed it. I notice you didn't mention me saying that though.

But thanks for telling them about SN and getting that in their minds as a suicide method so they can now make it illegal in the UK. And thanks for telling them it can be bought on eBay. That might not last long now.

Its definitely understandable if you are just being defensive right now. I was when I was locked up for the N. But about talking to them and knowing your rights, maybe its best to not say anything at all. But do mention that suicide is legal, and what they took from you also is legal. Maybe say you were just drunk and getting out frustrations, "crying in your beer". Maybe say you were being sarcastic about suicide. Maybe say you really were bored and wanted to try using it at home to make beef jerky because its so expensive and you love beef jerky.

I had Nembutal. I am in the USA. I told nobody. The cops came and took it. They locked me up for 17 days. I told them constantly it is for when I am old, sick, and dying and can no longer help myself. Forced treatment and forced drugging. I have been treated like a criminal.
