Hello, as long as I am a bit afraid of taking Meto because of having akathisia and dystonia in the past, I would like to share with you a bit of information.
I selected more interesting researches on Meto, because there are a lot of them and they give us nothing in our case.
If you are interested in the subject, feel free to read.

I have chosen the most comfortable ways for you to download and read since https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ is not providing us enough information and referring to websites where you have to pay for articles. There are yet three articles where request is needed though.

Enjoy!

Warning! Dystonia and akathisia are extremely rare to those who never experienced something like that before. Anyway, you have to start from 5-10 mg of Meto and see how your body reacts. Especially those of you who have seizures/akathisia/dystonia. Some of the cases mentioned are so uncommon that you are more likely to be struck by a lightning rather than getting these symptoms.
This thread is just for educational purposes so that you could know that such occasions exist.

Isn't quoting all of these a bit like telling someone to have a read through a medical encyclopedia (by the end of which you'll believe you have every condition listed) ?

I don't see much benefit coming from making this thread.
If we speak of negative effects, we should also state how common we think they are....

I have sometimes written about EPS in some of my posts, but I always try to state that it is not common....

If it was spoken about side effects, there would not be so many people suffering after prescribed medication. That's the first thing.
The second thing, there are people who are prone to side effects mentioned in the thread. So it would be much better to look up for a more safe alternative rather than just pushing people to take meto regimen who do not know that it may trigger their symptoms.

Well the general advice given is to start out by testing with a small amount, eg 5mg of meto.
Then build up from there.
This is discussed in various places, eg :
https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/n-protocol-regime-regimen-notes.27092/post-517024

If you have evidence that supports domperidone being highly effective, then that is worth sharing of course, although note that in general it's better to post a summary and your thoughts/interpretation, and then link to the medical study...

Thank you for advice! I did not do things like that before, so any constructive critics may help me improve for the future posts :)
