If you order Meto through a website abroad, is it likely to go through customs? I have placed an order at a US pharmacy which accepted it but I am not sure about customs. Has anyone else's Meto order gone through customs ok?

All international shipments pass through customs. The question is whether your parcel is further investigated or not. Usually customs is looking for medicine (among many other things and expensive goods to collect import VAT and so on) bc depending on your country's legislation it may be illegal to import certain meds. Imo the worst that can happen is that it will be seized and you don't receive it.

I've just checked and it is illegal, which I never thought to check before hand. If they send it back, they do and will have to think again!

Most likely random, they cannot check each and every package. But I would assume that they may have "country priorities".
