Yes, taking 30mg of meto 45 minutes before sn should be sufficient. Its important to not drink and eat at least 2hours prior. (Stat dose regimen)

yes, but i doubt peak will be reached that quickly, except you fast some time beforehand. its important to not eat fatty meals before because this will definitely make the release slower and also the sn wont be absorbed efficiently.

Is SN your plan? Do you have a specific diet you're going to follow for the days before?
45 minutes sorry ** that's what the guide says. I want to take it and hour and fifteen minutes before just to be sure. I hope that's okay.

Yes sn is my current method. I won't eat heavy/fatty foods 24h prior and start fasting 12h before i think. Haven't put much thought into this yet but i will probably also take meto 45m - 1h prior sn.
