I've been on the forums for a long time and it appears to me that anyone that was successful with SN Used Meto. It seems like a waste of time to even try it without it. What are your thoughts

I don't even plan to use SN but I got some Meto just in case.
Managed to get it from an online teledoc type thing pretty easy. It's used for my disease anyway, it's just not something I have needed (yet) cuz I'm not a puker but thankfully I already know the right responses to give because of my disease.Similar threads
