Hi all, I understand the meto half life is 6 hours therefore, within 12 hours all the medication would be out of your system. Is there any reason why people take it 2/3 days before ingesting SN?

I am planning on taking it on the day of ingestion:

8AM - 1xmeto
4PM - 1xmeto
11PM - 2xpainkillers
11.15PM - 3xmeto
11.30PM - antacid
12AM - 20g SN mixed with 50ml water

Any advice would be appreciated.

I assume meto is taken 2 or 3 days prior so that it builds up in your system.

Thanks for your replies.

But if it leaves your system in 12 hours, it can't accumulate…can it?

Yes, will stop food and drink around 2/3pm.

Yep stick to stans guide to sn and you should be fine

I guess it's also to acclimatise your body to the drug over a period, in smaller doses. Some people cant take 30mg of meto at once without it having major side effects.
