Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hi! A couple of years ago I saw an explanation of how to get your doctor to prescribe you meto for a migraine.

I followed the instructions and managed to be prescribed some, but no longer have it.
I wondered if anyone knew what exactly I should say to my doctor. I'm in the UK if that's relevant.

I need a semi detailed description of what I might have to say please, as I don't want to be caught out :( know that you have to say you have a migraine, and are throwing up, but perhaps need more info on how to describe the migraine etc?

Thank you all in advance! Lots of love :)
