Not necessarily, I just want to make sure that once I make that jump there's no saving me. So minimal height I would use is what those long drop tables recommend for my body weight. What I would fear is not breaking my neck and severing the spinal cord, not decapitation which I don't really care for either way.

I was thinking hanging but its harder, uglier and more painful than i thought.
Then i thought about jumping but i only got excess to the 8th floor so it might not do and i will probably cause trauma to whoever finds me.
Maybe N or SN i said, but there is no way to get entiemetics in my country.
Guns? Drugs? Im on house arrest so unless i want to be sent to jail for years i cant do it either.
I DONT FUCKING KNOW WHATS MY METHOD.
