Can someone please go into detailed methods that are accessible in the uk? I don't know what the abbreviations mean like SN I've been trying to figure it out

SN means Sodium Nitrite. But in UK it seems very difficult to obtain because of customs. Take care if you try to buy this product. A lot of people from UK have troubles because they tried to order SN.
And nobody can give you methods because it's against the rules and it's a personal decision.
