I am new to this forum I have a method in mind for CTBing and I would like some tips so I hopefully won't have to reattempt. I plan to do it in one of the bathroom stalls at my school but I am not sure if I should do it by cutting myself and letting myself hopefully bleed out or by stabbing somewhere. I also worry about certain affects like nausea or being too obvious with it. I don't want others to worry or to check on me, so I have scoped out a stall that doesn't have those big gaps by the door and the bathroom is fairly empty usually, but I am still wary that someone could figure out what I'm doing and try to stop me. I know I can't do this in my room or my roommate will find out, so I think a public bathroom is honestly my only chance without making too big of a scene. Any tips? Thanks.
