Half an hour ago I texted a mental health service and they didn't respond I get that they are busy and should be helping people who deserve it but I just ended the conversation because I thought I felt better but now I feel bad again like I wasn't bad enough for them to care which I know is bs they are just busy. I don't know what to do I want to text them again but I also don't. I don't know what I'm even thinking anymore
