@dolphin, PPH March 2019 says "the liquid [N] in the glass can be drunk quickly in 2 or 3 swallows, and then followed by some alcohol, usually spirits or liqueur. Although not essential, alcohol is recommended as it alleviates the bitter Nembutal after-taste, and will speed the drug's action".

Hello,

I've been a lurker and only registered today and was looking at all the different threads that talk about getting N from A.
It's hard to look at all the seperate threads and it takes a lot of time and searching.
It would maybe be useful to have a megathread where everyone can share their experience in contacting A and how it went, if you did order or did not order, and how long until you received it, did not receive anything, which part of the world you reside in, NA or western EU, etc.
I personally have not ordered yet because I read quite some threads where they did not get anything, while I see others did receive N from A.
So wanted to make this thread so we can all get a feel for if it's worth it to buy from A.
Any reviews/experiences are welcome.

I was reading a pdf about N, and it seems vodka gets rid of the taste the best. There was one other particular alcohol beverage that did it too. It was hard liquor, but I forgot the name! Ugh.

@Vienrose, "N" refers to the veterinary drug Nembutal which is used for animal euthanasia and which can be used for human euthanasia as well... "A" is a vet from Mexico which sells this substance discreetly across the world. Nothing you read on a forum will be guaranteed accurate. Some people are lying for malicious reasons such as to promote scammers, some are sharing false info that they truly believe is accurate, some are exaggerating or using this forum as a sort of fictional role-play, some just want to fuck with people, and of course some are honest and want to help.

There are always risks buying N: you can be ripped off, your package can get lost, it can get stopped by customs, it could all turn out to have been a "honeypot" that gets you arrested.

This is a difficult situation for everyone here. It absolutely is not an easy choice or one that should be made impulsively or purely emotionally. You need to be honest with yourself about the risks and plan ahead of time what you'd do if any of the negative outcomes come true. For many people, the risks aren't worth it and they'll end up choosing to stay alive, perhaps in the form of constant suffering, or perhaps this will be what turns their life around. It's a very personal decision and there's no way to see your own future with certainty.

Unfortunately the only risk-free way to access N is by spending the 10k euro to do the process formally in Europe, assuming you'd even be approved, which most of us wouldn't be. If you have the funds and the appropriate medical records, doing all of this legally with physician oversight is obviously preferable.

My personality is gone. My life is falling apart. And in about five weeks time I'm looking at things taking a catastrophic turn. I guess there is impatience as I want to make sure things are sorted out before that point.

Understandable. I know that in some cases the brain eventually recovers, but I'm not well-versed enough to say whether that would apply to your case, how long it takes, and how complete the recovery is. And ultimately, nobody else can decide for you whether waiting to find out is worth it. I hope you find a way to make things "ok", whatever that means for you. Sucks how complicated all of this is.

That true. It's for injection which is why it tastes so horrific.

And for the others that worry so much about getting it, if you read this post you'll see tons of people who have gotten it and only a handful who have not. A is reliable.

400ml is 4 bottles. I don't know your weight, but there is a high possibility that you are dying if you are not able to drink all and there is sn alternative with less liquid

2N:60kg-80kg 3N: 90kg-120kg 1N is good for 30kg-40kg range.

1N is 100mL containing 6g of lethal drug. ~60mg/mL

N acts as a general aneasthetic. I think if you injected IV you would be uncounsious before you could inject the full 100-300ml. If you've ever gone under when they've made you count down from 10 you know how quick a general aneasthetic can knock you out. I think drinking say 2 bottles is fairly possible. You just knock it back fast like a shot of tequila. After all, 200ml is less than one metric cup.

A Lethal Dose of Nembutal

While there are several florid accounts of failure by people taking a full 100ml bottle of veterinary Nembutal, close scrutiny shows a much more complex situation. Exit has examined the details and medical records of several such cases.

In the vast majority of cases, one bottle (100ml @ 60 mg/ ml) of veterinary Nembutal will always be satisfactory and lead to a peaceful death, usually in 1 - 2 hours. However, there is a small group (estimated at <1%) who may exhibit a prolonged comatose phase before death (sometimes up to 24 hours). Outright 'failures' remain extremely rare. Indeed, all of the reported failures investigated by Exit were associated with early discovery and subsequent medical intervention. This emphasizes the need for a careful selection of the place of death.

In some of the analyzed cases, the long comatose phase was associated with prolonged use of anti-psychotic medication or chronic heavy alcohol use, prior to taking the barbiturate. It is presumed the induction of liver enzymes by these drugs causes increased degradation of the Nembutal, lowering the concentration in the brain. In these situations, increasing the quantity of drug taken (eg. to 2 bottles, 12gm) may not necessarily hasten the death.

Exit has examined the use of several potentiating drugs which may be dissolved into the liquid Nembutal, removing any possibility of extended coma. The most useful, Dilantin (phenytoin sodium) is duscussed in this Chapter.

So one bottle is enough to cause a peaceful death. Of course only if you are not found too early and get medical help. So it is more important to find a good place where you can be undisturbed for at least 24 hours than to increase the dose.

1N is good for someone weighing between 30kg-40kg. That is why A suggested 2N is good for 60-80kg, and you will die pretty quick. If you take a shot of vodka after ingesting 2N, it will hasten the effect exponentially. That's why its recommended you do it in the evening prior to bed time, so by the time morning comes you will be dead. The 24 hour cases were the ones who were on anti-psychotics and were alcoholics prior to N's ingestion, and took a low dose for their weight. In PPH it states less than 1% had this issue, but the rest died no problem whatsoever. If you are not on any drugs that effects N, you need to detox before taking N. Otherwise your money will go to waste, and the potential of being found and being rushed to the hospital. Then you will most likely be put in a psych ward. Weight range is very important for the proper dosage, but if you take the proper procedures and read the PPH carefully and do everything it says, you will be dead in 1-2 hours. 12 hours minimum is for people who may have N tolerance or any other factors thats not allowing N to work as properly as it should.

I'd say that's the minimum time to go 99% sure not to be found too soon. Even if N can work in a few minutes, it might be advisable to plan the time generously. Of course, not everyone has the opportunity to do so due to life circumstances. But if someone has only one night long time, then 12 hours are good enough. However, the chance of being found and rescued too early naturally increases.
