Yeah confiscation happens quite frequently although it seems more common in Australia/New Zealand. A is aware of all this and will reship at a lower price if this happens. This will sound hard to believe but he even provided a refund to me in Bitcoin after multiple failures but I eventually got one of the shipments! I suggest you contact him directly for any questions though, most of the information you need is contained in his lengthy generic standard first email response.

I am not from Australia. I do not know why my parcels were seized but I suspect it has to do with incompetence of my postal service in processing packages. Private Courier is a must in my opinion but a few have been successful without this option.

Question A tells you to go physically to the western union and pay in cash, can we not just use the online app and send it that way. Sorry, not a fan of leaving my house so wanted to ask someone who has sent it via western union if they tried it online.
