I would believe his experience or opinion would be dependent on what you informed him off.

I asked him how to use meto if you want to prevent vommiting right before and while your chemotherapy. I did not inform him of my real intentions. He said that a regime would be better but not absolutely necessary.

I don't understand. Are you saying that you paid extra for your Bitcoin? Because if so something went wrong.

If someone asks you to send $900 in Bitcoin you pay $900 for it. There may be some fees or something but no where near $300 worth.

They wouldn't given the context. You're ordering it explicitly to kill your self. You would go to a prison hospital even if they decided to prosecute you, which they wouldn't. They would seize it and you would get a letter. On the darknet it's called a love letter

Oh it's totally a felony under the law. The thing is they have much more important things to do then charge someone for trying to get Nembutal for the sole purpose of killing themself.

I'm glad that no one has reported that they had their N seized and had legal problems from the importation. It would be terrible to have legal consequences (fines, legal fees, and worst of all, jail). Jail would be unbearable.
