Some tips for coping with bitter tastes..
Suck on an ice cube or ice pop before taking the medicine. This will numb your mouth and make it harder to taste. With your mouth numbed, you can swallow the medicine before getting too much of a bitter taste.
Suck on either an ice cube or ice pop until your mouth is numb- probably around five minutes. Then drink your medicine quickly before you regain feeling in your mouth.

Plug your nostrils. Your taste buds only recognize five tastes: sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and savory ("Umami"). ...
Dry out your mouth. Your taste is all about saliva. ...cream crackers will do this.

Since you´ve investigated N very well, this question for you : people complain of the bitter taste of N. Dignitas´ N is bitter, as I understand. The venterinary N from A is supposed to be even more bitter. My main issue is that I don´t want to vomit.

I don´t know how effective meto will be, and I have a messed up CNS. So I´m not even sure it would work well. I was thinking of a combination of meto (10-15 mg) and domperidone (which I can tolerate easily). Do you think you have to take extra precautions for the veterinary N ?

From what l understand the Dignitas stuff tastes stronger than the vet stuff - but there is less of it to drink, so obviously less time for it to bother you. Dignitas advise their clients to do it in two gulps, l suspect this is because the aftertaste is strong and the quicker it's down, the quicker it can be countered with chocolate.

I'm no expert here but l understand also that the meto prevents the stomach rejecting it but won't prevent a gag reflex action over a bad taste, for example if you took meto and then an hour later put your fingers down your throat, you'd still vomit. So you're looking at two different things here - vomiting because your stomach wants rid of a poison, and vomiting through gagging at taste foulness.

I couldn't direct anyone on anti emetic alternatives to meto tbh, as I've only done the research required for myself. But whichever one you use it won't prevent you from gagging if you dwell on the taste; the taste is unpleasant but, like any vaccine, laxative drink or even MDMA, it's *only* a taste, and it's the *aftertaste* which is the killer, so if you get it down you quickly enough to counteract the aftertaste you'll very probably not gag at all.

A lists Germany as a "problematic Country with strict customs". But he also states, that he has delivered successfully to Germany.

You could use a straw to bypass your tongue - it should help.

I think using a straw could be a good idea if you first spray your tongue and throat really good with something like chloraseptic spray and then swallow the stuff. It might numb everything just long enough to drink the n without getting the full taste of the stuff.

Of what i have heard it can be done people have it. But few years ago like it says in the book people got caught.but that happen everywhere. I ordered and got it i am in holland.

Its good idea i think.
But the aftertaste keep coming back because of spit that comes more than normal in your mouth. So honey super sweet to get it down and replace and cover the taste of it is best i think now i had done it.

Yeah i know. Even if it is alot doesn't matter the taste is the taste that dont change.

But i did eat an hour befor snacks.
And did just sit on the taste because it was just a test. So yeah than you start vomiting LOL

I could be wrong here but Dignitas use 15g in concentrated form, is therefore stronger and obviously less diluted than the greater quantity of vet stuff. It's probably not a great deal stronger, tbh.

The self-admin iv might work at Dignitas on a 104 year old man but would definitely not work with vet N. You'd pass out before injecting the lethal dose and wake up with a syringe in your arm and a lot of explaining to do.

Besides, a 104 year old man should never be used as a benchmark for anything when it comes to euthanasia in my opinion. A strong cup of Ovaltine was probably enough to do the trick.

His previous attempts failed so his body was quite ready yet.
I was just saying that injectable/IV administration has its virtues. It's always better if you have actual medical support in case things go wrong. Tolerance/whatever.
