I can not quote a statistic about the risk but I don't think it's high - I'm not sure what the case is with Germany. A packages it discreetly. If customs intercepts the parcel, I think that the worst that would happen is that you receive a letter in the mail which you should just not respond to. I used bitcoin (localbitcoins.com) and found it easy and I have cognitive problems.

Hey everyone, I've been waiting on my Anti emetics from A. We know that he sends them separately from the n. I've ready received my N but haven't received the emetics yet. Just wanted to ask if anyone has had any success with this?? And would anyone recommend a trusted source to obtain emetics. I'm in New York. All help is appreciated thank you!

No I ordered and received N a while ago with normal courier. I was meant to get emetics from Greek supplier on ebay but that shut down so I had to ask A to send me some. It's been a week so far but my friend has waited two weeks already.

Nothing to be nervous about. It's normal, I think, but not necessary. You are not the first one who writes him. He is very professional.

It's better to order all at once, and if god forbid custom seizes it(rare with private courier and depending which country you are in), then A can resend all the same amount for a cheaper price. Just contact him through protonmail and he can answer your questions.

2N is needed for someone between 60-80kg. Its better to take 2N, and if you take 1N you might end up surviving.

Adults
The recommended single dose is 10mg, repeated up to three times daily.
The maximum recommended dose per day is 30mg or 0.5mg/kg body
weight.
The maximum recommended treatment duration is 5 days.

Children and Adolescents
To prevent delayed nausea and vomiting that may occur after
chemotherapy (children aged 15-18 years)
The recommended dose is 0.1 to 0.15mg/kg body weight, repeated up to
3 times daily, taken by mouth (oral route).
The maximum dose in 24 hours is 0.5mg/kg body weight.
You should not take this medicine for more than 5 days to prevent
delayed nausea and vomiting that may occur after chemotherapy.
Metoclopramide tablets is not suitable for use in children weighing less
than 61 kg.
Other pharmaceutical forms/strengths may be more appropriate for
administration.

The description of my meto is the same, although it comes from another manufacturer. I would always stick to what's in the description.

Recommended dose is two bottles. But if you really don't have spare money you can add benzo and alcohol to a mix and hope for the best.

The PPH says:

• take 3x 10mg tablets (30mg) as a stat dose about an hour before or
• take meto for 48 continuous hours before, so 1 tablet (10mg) every 8 hours (e.g. x3 a day)
