Sucralfate
Escitalopram - 750 mg
Aripaprizole - 150 mg
Amitriptyline - 5 grams
Olanzapine - 200 mg
Clonazepam - 3.5 grams
Promethazine - 400 mg
Ondansatron - 40 mg
Amlodipine - 300 mg
Lamictal - 1,000 mg
Cannabis

Should I just take them all at the same time I drink 25 grams of SN?

If your consuming 25grams of SN, there's no need to mix the rest of that with it.

absolutely not. all you really need for the sn drink are two main things: antiemetic and ibuprofen/paracetamol. according to your list of drugs, you already have your antiemetic: olanzapine.

if you're wondering why there's no more antacid, it's because it's been said it takes longer for the user to be unconscious. but still, up to you if you wanna take them.

beta-blockers are a plus BUT NOT a requirement since they reduce the symptoms and discomfort you might experience after you've taken the drink. not sure what drugs from your list are the b-blockers tho.
