Has anyone here stopped Latuda/lurasidone? I feel better without it but I think my move was rash and not recommended
I don't really know anyone using lurasidone, but did you experiencing withdrawal symptoms?

I think the best method for you is to tapering down your lurasidone. Based on here and here I'd suggest a really long and slow withdrawal to ensure you relapse to it.

I really didn't like the restless anxious feeling I got after taking it. I had to get up and walk around, my tongue couldn't rest in my mouth. I felt like shit before it and during so it didn't seem to change anything. I'm still so suicidal that if I told professionals they'd lock me up. But I am physically more comfortable without it. It's been 3 days and I was taking 60mg

Oh same experience with me. I am prescribed aripiprazole (antipsychotic, same class as lurasidone) and sometimes my tongue feel numb and felt like shit. But once I get trihexphenydil the symptoms just rarely happens (although its still there)

Here's my recommendation to your situation:
1. I'd suggest to take it trihex to counter the lurasidone side effects. You can consult this to your psychiatrist.
2. Stop it cold turkey style. Dangerous but may work. Please report your condition to your psychiatrist if you try this method.
3. Tapering off like in my first reply.

I have risperidone already prescribed to me. Can I use that as a antimetic? If so, how much do I take before the SN in terms of a 48 hour protocol? Please help!!

I ask because Stan's guide said you could.

Do you know if taking SN with electrolytes (such as gatorade or Powerade) would interact/interfere with the SN absorption process? I know it's not meant to be taken with milk or alcohol due to how it will induce vomit, but I'm not too sure about electrolytes as it's basically clear water with some additional ions.

Do you also happen to know if taking Clonidine maybe 30 minutes before would be a bad idea as well? It is one of the meds that would always effectively make me feel drowsy and drop my blood pressure within an hour, and I thought perhaps this might help with the peacefulness and losing consciousness quicker?

Thank you :)

First of all, good lord that's way too high of ativan use. Secondly, ngl your typing sucks man, almost unreadable.

Alr, back to the topic. I'd highly suggest you to start tapering with your most trusted physician. But since you have trauma with them and didn't trust most of them, what I'd suggest is this:

1. Both lorazepam and bromazepam is same short-to-intermediate half life benzos (based on here)
2. Using conversion of benzodiazepine to diazepam, 10 mg of ativan equals to 50 mg of diazepam. Converting them back into bromazepam equals 30mg of bromazepam
3. Using the tapering guideline for benzodiazepines, it was recommended to take 5% off benzos every 5-6 weeks.

So based on that, we can adjust this into:

Week 1: 30 mg of bromazepam (to make sure you're safely switching from ativan into bromazepam)
Week 2/3: 27 mg of bromazepam
Week 7/8: 24 mg
Week 12/13: 21 mg
Week 17/18: 18 mg
Week 22/23: 15 mg
Week 27/28: 12 mg
Week 32/33: 9 mg
Week 37/38: 6 mg
Week 42/43: 3 mg
Week 48/49: None

Here's my note on this one:
1. This is a very long tapering regime, as per all benzos tapering regime does
2. Idk about your condition to make sure you can even start this tapering. Please further consult to your most trusted physician to even consider starting this regime
3. GET A PARTNER. I can't stress this enough, you need someone to follow and help you through this journey. You can ask your gf, your family, whoever tf you can trust. This is a very hard thing to do and you certainly can't do this alone.

This is just my guided shot to help you start tapering your benzo addiction. I really can help you this much. Please find resources to further your chances to be free from your addiction. I hope you can successfully end this nightmare. Cheers and have a nice day mate!

You can do it, but only in the most specific cases. 1 mg of risperidone is enough to stop vomiting (based on here).

But I mean, you can get the normal AEs, right? Why use risperidone if you can get them?
Do you know if taking SN with electrolytes (such as gatorade or Powerade) would interact/interfere with the SN absorption process? I know it's not meant to be taken with milk or alcohol due to how it will induce vomit, but I'm not too sure about electrolytes as it's basically clear water with some additional ions.

Tbf, I don't really find evidence that SN absorption would be impaired or enhanced with electrolyte (the closest I found is here), so I can't really say it's a yes or no. But I think you can take SN with electrolyte, just know that it probably does nothing to your SN absorption.

Clonidine though, can induce nausea and vomiting. But, it is considered a side effect and differs from everyone. If you didn't experience vomiting while taking clonidine, I'd wager that using them is helpful (or at least insignificant) to your SN method.
Diphenhydramine and melatonin: I found a case study, will post it here....How bad would this be?

I'd put this in the "could be" methods to go, same as amygdalin and vitamin c combination. New case, new method, and it seems peaceful enough to be comparable to SN. Sadly not enough scientific reason to explain it as much as amygdalin-vitamin C or even SN.

My guess is that this is highly potent as a method to go with. Both are relatively easy to acquire (rather than SN) and with similar or even better peacefulness than other methods. You can surely try it out. Thanks for finding this method.

Hi, I'm a pharmacy student and I'd like to answer your question about medication or substance. Ask anything really, and I answer it. I would also try as much as possible to post the source of my answer so you can explore more about that.

Why would I do this? Idk tbh. I was just bored and maybe I can help people in here. I'm also suffering from depression and still on my meds rn. There's definitely times when I feel really suicidal but situation has put me better rn.

If there's any professional here that'll notice that my answer is wrong, please correct it. I don't mind really. That's all, can't wait for your question.
Is there any over-the-counter medicine that can be fatal?

Every otc medication can be fatal with enough doses. The question lays on how peaceful and quick it is to reach death.

Simplest answer: No, there are no otc medication that is lethal enough with the small enough time, agony, and success rate to go through it. They are designed to be safe and non-lethal by pharmaceutical companies. Most, if not all of the lethal drugs are on the prescription or illicit ones.

What would the physical affects of od on valium be? Also, how likely is it to succeed on its own vs when taken with alcohol? What would the difference in physical affects be with and without alcohol?

I listened to what you told me and got -

-Metoclopramide
-ondesatron
-propranolol

However, I only have 3.5mg of lorazepam, will that work for a painless CTB? How should I take the lorazepam in the protocol? Or should I swap it with something OTC?

Thanks
