The shakes and bars are my backup food for when depression fucks me too hard. Been a lifesaver many a time.
Ha, was just about to post this. They also have instant cups you can fill with boiling water. Not the cheapest, but healthy and quite tasty imo 😊

I also like to just eat cans of tuna with some mayonnaise, salt, pepper, chili. Real simple and I guess not that unhealthy

I love frozen fruit like pineapple,cherries, and mangos. Really tart fruit to awaken my taste buds.

Also frozen bananas taste just like icecream.

I really like making eggs when I'm stressed fsr. Boiled, fried, scrambled, poached.... Easier than a lot of other options, especially good if you throw it on some rice or toast or something.

This made me strongly exhale through my nose hahaha

I came back to say that the freezer is your friend because I am also currently going through that issue of not being able to finish food because it goes bad. (I don't have an appetite nowadays so I end up eating once per day).

My current favorite one pot recipe is simple rice porridge and crack an egg into it and whatever veggie + meat I had in my freezer. Probably because it's winter.
