I've been planning my ctb a few weeks and I'm really grateful to have found this forum, especially as it's very hard to find this website in my country via Google.
I have to think a lot about my family and friends and I feel guilty. I think it will surprise and shock them a lot. I know I can't take away their pain, but what do you think I can do/say while being still alive to ease their pain/answer questions without them getting suspicious?

I guess that all anyone can do is write a note that can act as an explanation and mean they are less likely to be left with as many unanswered questions. But anyway I wish you the best.
