I have no soul and have been dissociated/depersonalised/derealized since 6, praying for death. I have complex PTSD, mdd, chronic suicidal ideation, anxiety, and dissociate most of the time.

I'm 32M British., Generally speaking I like anime, manga, games. Movies, horror, all that sort of stuff. In terms of TV shows I really liked True Detective, Breaking Bad, The Sopranos. I like walks / hiking and just being cozy without pressure and enjoying nature. I used to be big into visual novels and imageboards and all that kind of thing. I have a hard time sometimes between my job and the just underlying depression stuff that I've dealt with for a long time, but I'm trying to hang in there. I really enjoy cooking too but it's just finding the energy to do it, honestly.
