I wish I didn't have a low IQ, No one wants to marry a retard or be associated with one. Now what's even worse, a retard who's conscious of his retardness. I don't want to exist, only my sister and my dad has ever showed me any kind of affection. I hope once I die everyone who even remembers me which I doubt because I'm fucking invisible will just forget me. I hope every records about my existence be it physical, digital, everything just dissipates into nothingness.
I'm bipolar and a retard

I hate myself so much, I'm so fucking lonely and deprived of affection

People with a really low IQ are to my knowledge not conscious of it so yours can't be that low.

I grew up with two step sisters who have a developmental brain disorder and are retarded or mentally handicapped and they never noticed it themselves.

I have a really low verbal IQ, I don't understand simple grammatical rules or structure. It's a wonder I even passed highschool. I am in college now in some shitty college.

It's not having a really low IQ, like in the 50s or 60s, but people with milder learning disabilities are definitely aware of their shortcomings, especially if you once had a higher IQ, and due to an illness or injury, it was drastically reduced.

I wish I had high enough IQ to solve really hard problems and get into some decent college. I will die lonely, alone and as a retard.

I used to be really smart before I got bipolar, everything turned into shit. I can barely get out of my bed and my brain doesn't work.

I'm a midwit who desperately wanted to be smart. But my problems don't have to do with IQ, they're all psychological/moral.

How do you know that you have a low IQ?

I think the modern world doesn't really have such high requirements for IQ when it comes to an individuals success. From my observations, there seems to be more of a requirement for other things like skill competency, connections, extroversion, consistency, etc. And I also think that having a higher IQ isn't synonymous with receiving more affection. It seems to be the other way around. Schopenhauer had just a few words to say about this lol.

I'm extremely introvert, I have no skills, no connections, I have no social life despite being in college.

I am all of that as well except I am not in college. I wouldn't worry much. I think that IQ isn't as important as we're led to believe. I think that it's just a measurement we have the luxury of focusing on due to having complex brains. You'd be surprised at the IQ differences of people who are successful or are in current positions of power.

I mean, if bipolar disorder is the true cause for the decline in IQ, as you claimed to have initially been smart, then it should be fixable through managing bipolar disorder brain fog. If a negative change can be assumed (bipolar disorder making you lose IQ), then a positive one can be gained too. Bipolar disorder brain fog can cause consistent/persistent impairments in cognitive function, which can feel like youve became dumber, but in reality theres more than just a chance that it can be repaired in some sort of way.

If you are really at a dead end within this entire IQ predicament, you can always look for selank/semax which can grant or inhibit lost neurons and cause an increase in processing and a decrease in clutter.

I wanted to study math and the world around me
I don't know your situation like you do so I cannot really give any perspective that's tailored or maybe meaningful but this video comes to mind when thinking about this topic. Could give some insights into someone who has struggled in a similar way & likely still does:

Remember, IQ tests mainly measure fluid reasoning, working memory and spatial processing. They don't account for the innumerable mental skills humans are capable of. You can be highly skilled at a few things and absolutely suck at every other task. For example Kim Peek (AKA the real Rainman) memorised 12,000 books but had an IQ score of 87. There are many such examples of highly specialised megasavants scoring low when it comes to general intelligence. There is also evidence that the logic measured in these tests can be learned, complicating things further. Neurological disorders like autism (Re-Kim Peek), ADHD, ADD, and of course depression can also affect the score. Intelligence, just like consciousness, is ultimately very difficult to define and measure in any meaningful way. IQ is just a crude metric used distinguish the hyper successful from the rest of us.
