Looking for hanging material and set up guide/thread please?

Hi,

sorry about the laziness of this post but I keep getting sidetracked when trying to find the right material and set up guide for hanging in the UK. I keep seeing a 'test' suggestion where we use two fingers on our neck to knock ourselves out but I can't for the life of me manage to even get close to doing that.

I really need this info quick otherwise I'm going to have to jump and I don't want to do that.

Hope I'm not breaking any rules here.
