This would be to overcome the fear of jumping from a height yet to avoid to be miserably
hanging strangulating from a long drop.
The calculations for a long drop are there; height, body weight, rope.
For me it would be 1.6 meters. That´s the lower limit or ideal.
But why not just jumping from slightly higher, 3 or 4 meters?
Breaking the the neck and instant death would be sure.
